What is Payoneer?
Payoneer is an innovative cross-border payment platform that empowers global commerce by connecting businesses, professionals, countries and currencies. With Payoneer’s fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions, businesses and professionals from over 200 countries can now pay and get paid globally as easily as they do locally.

What happens after I register?
Once you register, your application will be reviewed by the Payoneer team. New applications are usually reviewed immediately.
Once approved, you will receive an email confrmation with further details. In some situations, you may be asked to provide extra
details such as a copy of your ID, a Certificate of Incorporation, bank statement or other documents.
Once approved, you will be able to start receiving Sellcrowd payments directly to your local bank account. 

Can I log into the Payoneer Account?
Once you register for Payoneer through Sellcrowd, you will automatically start receiving payments through the Global Bank
Transfer service. This service is not associated with a Payoneer Account. Accordingly, you will not need to access a Payoneer
Account in order to start receiving payments. 

What is the Payoneer Global Bank Transfer (GBT) service?
The Payoneer Global Bank Transfer service allow you to receive local and wire transfers from SellCrowd directly to your bank
account. The service is available in over 200 countries and 150+ currencies. 

How does the Payoneer Global Bank Transfer service work?
Once you register with Payoneer through Sellcrowd, all payments received will automatically be sent to the bank account
that you registered with. 

If I apply for the service, what are my costs and obligations?
There are no monthly/annual fees or obligations for the Global Bank Transfer service.

How long will it take for a payment to be transferred to my bank account?
Processing time may vary, depending on your country. The estimated time for local transfers is 1-3 business days.

Can I apply to receive payments to a bank account not in my name?
If you wish to receive payments to your bank account, you must provide a bank account in your name or an account that you own.
If you own an account that is not in your name, we may request that you provide supporting account ownership documentation.
