How to Reply to Chat?

Sending a message in Sellcrowd is as easy as one two three. However, we need to ensure that we are conveying the right information and thought of our message. Communication is an essential part of our lives so better ask and clarify.

Note: Only the company/employer can initiate a chat or start sending a message.

1. Once you receive a chat, you’ll see a blue indicator on the envelope icon. The blue indicator will correspond to how many new messages you have.
2. Click on the envelope icon or Dashboard then click on Messages or New Messages.

Your new message will have the color blue indicator.
3. Click on the sender’s name to view the new message. 
4. To reply with the previous chat, select the user that you want to start chatting with.
