If you want to make your job listing as invite-only and make it invisible in the Search Jobs page you just need to pause the job. 

1. Go to your Dashboard, click on Jobs then Manage Jobs.
2. Choose which job from the list would you like to pause then click on Manage Jobs/Candidate.

3. Click on Pause Job to pause it.
Note: You can always revert it to Make Job Live to allow salespeople to search it.
